The woodwork is made by our own carpentry team and our own modular factory, so the drawing and the making stay in one place.

You pay as the work moves
40% to start, 50% midway through the work, and the last 10% at handover.

We visit, measure every wall and listen to how you live.

Design
A floor plan, drawings and a 3D design, with the materials and finishes decided together. Every change is made here.

Estimate
An itemised quote. Work starts only after you approve it.

Making
The woodwork is made by our own carpentry team and our own modular factory, to the approved drawings.

On site
Ceilings, electrical points, installation and finishes, checked as we go.

Handover
A final walk-through together, and your keys.
