About the planner

Is the design fee the whole cost?

No. The design fee, ₹35 per sq ft, covers the floor plan, the drawings, the 3D design and the choice of materials. The work itself is quoted item by item after the site visit.

Do I have to leave my number?

No. The planner shows the design fee for your home without it. Leave your number only if you want the room-by-room estimate and a visit.

Can I change my choices later?

Yes. Nothing here is final. Rooms, finishes and timing are settled together on the call and at the site visit.
