What turnkey means
One team, one contract
“Turnkey” means you hand us the empty space and we hand back a finished one. You turn the key and move in.
Without it, a home often runs on five or six separate people: a designer, a carpenter, an electrician, a painter, a ceiling contractor, a shop for every material. Each one waits for the other, and you sit in the middle, passing messages.
With a turnkey project, one team owns the whole job: the drawings, the materials, the woodwork from our own carpentry team and our own modular factory, the site work and the handover. One quote, one schedule, one number to call.
What is included

An itemised quote. Work starts only after you approve it.

Making
The woodwork is made by our own carpentry team and our own modular factory, to the approved drawings.

Ceilings, electrical points, installation and finishes, checked as we go.

A final walk-through together, and your keys.
