What should I keep ready for the first call?
The locality, the size of the home (2BHK, 3BHK, villa), which rooms you want done, and when you want to move in. A floor plan from the builder helps, if you have one.

What does it cost?
Interiors start from ₹4.5 lakh. Design is ₹35 per sq ft. Your quote is itemised after the site visit, so you see what each part costs.
How long does it take?
45 to 90 days, depending on the project, from booking to handover.
What does the design fee cover?
The floor plan, the drawings, the 3D design and the choice of materials and finishes.
Can I change the design later?
Changes are made in the 3D design, before work begins. Once work starts on site, the design stays as approved. That way nothing is redone on site.
Is there a warranty?
On the branded range, yes: 25 to 30 years. It follows the maker's written terms for the materials you choose.
How do the payments work?
40% to start, 50% midway through the work, 10% at the final handover.
Who makes the furniture?
We do. The woodwork is made by our own carpentry team and our own modular factory, to our own drawings.
Do you do offices and shops?
Yes. We work on homes and on commercial spaces such as offices, shops and showrooms.
Can I take only the design, or only the work on site?
Yes. Interior design and interior execution are separate services, so you can take one or both. A turnkey project covers everything from design to handover.
