Woodwork and modular units
Kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, beds, study tables and storage, made to the drawings.
The approved design, built on site by our own carpentry team and our own modular factory, through to the last coat of finish.
Who builds it
The woodwork is made by our own carpentry team and our own modular factory, to our own drawings. It is not handed on to an outside contractor.
What execution covers
Kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, beds, study tables and storage, made to the drawings.
Ceiling frames and boards, with the cove and light cut-outs placed as drawn.
Light points, switches and wiring routes moved or added to match the furniture.
Painting, wallpaper, panelling and flooring, in the finishes you chose.
Every unit fitted, levelled and aligned, with handles, hinges and channels set.
The site cleared and cleaned, then a walk-through together before you move in.
Time, payments, warranty
Work follows the approved drawings. Changes are made in the 3D design, before work begins. Once work starts on site, the design stays as approved.
